CAREER: A tough, physical player who was a model of consistency as he started all of K-State’s 51 games at left tackle from 2016-19... His 51-straight starts were the most nationaly among active Power 5 offensive lineman in 2019, while his total starts were tied for the second most among Wildcat offensive linemen since 1990
2019: A 13-game starter at left tackle who earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors from the league’s coaches... Led a line that blocked for 178.0 rushing yards per game to rank fourth in the Big 12... Helped pave the way for 29 rushing touchdowns, the third most in the Big 12 during the 2019 season.
2018: Started every game at left tackle, helping lead the Wildcat offense to a third-place finish in the Big 12 by averaging 182.6 rushing yards per game, which included a 184.2-yard average in conference games to rank second... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 accolades.
2017: Started all 13 games at left tackle... Part of a unit that led the Wildcats to a tie for third in school history in rushing yards per carry (4.98) and a seventh-place ranking in total rushing yards (2,584), finishing second in the Big 12 in both categories... Team went 10-2 and advanced to the semifinals in 2012... Rated the 48th-best offensive tackle nationally and the fourth-best player in the state of Kansas in the Class of 2015 by Rivals... Ranked as the second-best offensive tackle in the state by Scout... Named one of the top 11 players in the state and to the All-Class 6A teams by the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle in 2014... A first team all-metro selection by the Kansas City Star in 2014... Named to the USA TODAY Sports/American Family Insurance All-USA Kansas Team as a senior...
