AS A JUNIOR (2024)

Raced in her third NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/24) where she finished the 6k in 94^thplace in 21:27.2.
During the Big 12 Championship (11/1/24) she finished 91^st in the 6k with a time of 22:22.1.
Ran in the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18/24) for the first time, recording a 6k time of 21:35.7 in 70^th place.
At the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) she ran in the 6k with a time of 22:50.1.
In the first race of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) she finished top-10 in the 5k with a time of 18:53.3 in 10^thplace.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)

Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a 6k time of 22:02.7, placing 71st.
Recorded a new 6k personal best during the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) at 21:05.6, in 39^th place, more than 30 seconds better than her time at the NCAA Midwest Regional last season.
At the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) she finished in the top-50 with a 6k time of 21:57.2, placing 46^th.
During the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) she ran in the first 6k of the year with a 38^thplace time of 22:05.6.
Ran in the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) with a 5k time of 18:10.1, placing 23^rd.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished 5^th in the 5k with a time of 18:31.8.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11/22) she ran a 6k time of 21:39.3, more than 40 seconds better than her previous time, finishing the meet 85^th and becoming the only freshman on the team to compete in all 6 meets during the season.
Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) and finished 42^nd in the 6k with a time of 22:31.3.
In her first collegiate 6k at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she ran a time of 22:55.0, finishing 141^st.
In a consecutive meet at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) she ran a new 5k personal best breaking 18 minutes at 17:59.0, finishing 65^th.
Recorded a 5k time of 18:13.6 in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) with an 18^th place finish.
In her first collegiate meet in the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she placed 9^th with a 5k time of 19:15.3.

Ran her fastest 5,000 meters during the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) as runner-up in 17:02.83.
At the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) she ran in the mile with a time of 5:01.03 in 9^th place.
During the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a 3^rd place time of 9:47.99.

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) she ran in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:51.22 in 37^th place.
Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a 13^th place time of 10:43.71.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 4:40.39 in 7^thplace.
Recorded her 3,000m steeplechase personal best at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) in the elite event with a 9^th place time of 10:24.54, no. 6 in the K-State all-time top-10.
Runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase during the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) with a time of 10:39.45.
Finished 3^rd in the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 4:38.00.
In the first meet of the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she ran in the rare 2,000m steeplechase, winning with a time of 6:53.92.

Ran her fastest mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 4:59.38 in 2^nd place.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:50.67 in 15^thplace.

Medaled in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with an 8^th place time of 10:50.09.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) she ran in the 1,500 meters, finishing 3^rd with a time of 4:42.44.
Ran in the 1,500 meters for the first time at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with a 5^th place time of 4:35.91.
During the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) she ran in the 3,000m steeplechase with a 9^th place time of 10:47.23.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she competed in the 5,000 meters for the first time with a 2^nd place time of 17:29.88.
In her first collegiate outdoor meet at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she finished 3^rd in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:12.43.

INDOOR

Competed in her first Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the 3,000 meters, with a time of 10:13.21, finishing 33^rd out of 45 starting runners.
Ran her first collegiate mile with a 4^th place time of 5:08.31 during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23).
At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:52.55, almost a minute faster than her previous, finishing 7^th.
Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) with a 5^th place time of 10:12.68.
In her first collegiate track meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:14.99.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Attended Blue Valley Northwest High School in Overland Park, Kan.
Competed in cross country and track and field as well as soccer.
Ran in the 1,600m, 3,200m, mile and 4x800m relay.
Four-time qualifier for the Class 6A State Cross Country Championships.
Finished 10^th at the 2021 Class 6A Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:48.7.
Placed 2nd in the 4x800m relay (9:45.76) and 6th in the 3,200m (10:59.66) as a senior at the 2022 Class 6A Track and Field Championships.
Selected to the KCCTFCA Academic All-State Team for cross country.
Named Honorable Mention KCCCA All-Metro.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Member of both the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.
