Led the Wildcats in her second NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/24) with a 6k time of 20:55.3 in 50^th place.
At the Big 12 Championship (11/1/24) she ran in the 6k with a time of 21:21.7, finishing 58^th.
Recorded her 6k personal best by 41 seconds at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18/24) in 17^th place with a time under 21 minutes at 20:47.9. She jumps into the K-State all-time top-25 at no. 10.
Led the women's team in the 6k at the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) with a time of 21:24.5 in 74^thplace.
Finished runner-up in the 5k at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) with a time of 18:06.2.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)

Competed in her first NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) where she finished third for the Wildcats with a 6k time of 21:48.4, placing 56^th.
At the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) she ran in the 6k with a time of 21:27.9, placing 52^nd.
During the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) she ran in the 6k with a top-50 time of 21:49.3, placing 40^th.
Ran her first collegiate 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with a time of 22:07.2, finishing 41^st.
At the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she ran in the 5k with a 19^th place time of 18:06.9.
During the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished 6^th in the 5k with a time of 18:35.7.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)

Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) running a 5k time of 18:24.9 with a 102^ndplace finish.
Recorded a new 5k personal best at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) with 18:05.0 finishing in the top-20 at 15^th.
At her first collegiate race in the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she placed 4^th with a 5k time of 18:32.2.

OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) she competed in two events, the 1,500 meters preliminary race in 4:36.88 and in the 5,000 meters for the first time in 16:53.26.
Recorded her 1,500 meters personal best by three seconds during the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a 3^rd place time of 4:25.68.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) in 4:28.69, finishing in 11^th place.
Competed in two events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) in the 1,500 meters in 4:29.32 and the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.04.
Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:34.53 in 6^th place.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) in two events, the DMR relay, her team finishing 11^th in 11:42.37, reduced to 11:36.70 at altitude for the no. 8 fastest relay, and in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:45.09.
Recorded her 3,000 meters personal best at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) in the invite race in 9:38.63 in 9^th place.
At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) she ran in the mile invite with a 4^th place time of 4:58.48.
Ran in two events at the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) finishing 6^th in the mile (4:57.49) and 11^th in the 800 meters (2:19.23).
Starting the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) she competed in the 3,000 meters for the first time with a runner-up time of 9:47.96.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Won the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Open (5/3/24) with a time of 4:33.66.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she finished 3^rdin the 1,500 meters in 4:30.69 and ran in her first 800 meters with a time of 2:12.84 in 6^th place.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a 3^rd place time of 4:29.74 in the collegiate race.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) with a time of 4:33.07 in 6^th place.
In her first meet of the season at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) she ran finished runner-up in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:34.15.

INDOOR

Competed in the preliminary 1,000 meters at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) with a time of 2:59.31 in 18^th place.
Won the mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 4:58.83.
Ran her fastest mile at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) with a time of 4:55.80, in 13^th place.
Recorded her 1,000 meters personal best at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a 5^th place time of 2:55.15, also running the mile in 4:58.21.
In her first meet of the year at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she ran in the mile with a time of 4:59.78 in 7^th place.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) she competed in the 3,000m steeplechase where she finished 11^th with a time of 11:07.47.
Competed in the 1,500 meters Invitational at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) where she finished 8^th with time of 4:35.82.
Won the 1,500 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with a time of 4:32.81, also running in the 4x400 relay where her team finished in 3:56.63.
Recorded a new 3,000m steeplechase personal best at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with a 7^th place time of 10:45.57.
Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Bobcat Invitational (3/31-4/1/23) with a time of 10:52.01. She also competed in the DMR at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) where her team finished 4^thwith a time of 11:48.66.
Won the 1,500 meters at the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) in her first attempt with a time of 4:39.13.
In her first collegiate outdoor meet at the UTSA Invitational (3-17-18/23) she finished 2^nd in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:09.22 and in her first 4x400 relay in 4:14.55.

INDOOR

Competed at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the DMR where her team finished with a time of 11:48.59.
Won the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a time of 2:58.21.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) she ran in the mile with a 4^th place time of 5:01.10.
Ran in her first mile at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) with a 6^th place time of 5:05.63, also running in the DMR for the first time, helping her team finish 2^nd at 11:54.55.
In her first collegiate meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she finished 5^th in the 1,000 meters with a personal best time of 3:02.87.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Attended Shawnee Mission East High School in Prairie Village, Kan.
Competed in cross country and track and field.
Ran in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m as well as cross country.
Member of the Class 6A All-State Cross Country team all 4 years of high school, finishing in the top-10 at each state meet with a 5th-place finish as a senior in 2021 with a time of 18:24.0.
Selected Class 6A All-State in 800m, 1,600m, 4x400 and 4x800m relays 10 times.
Placed in the top-5 in four events as a senior in 2021-22, including the runner-up in the 800m and 1,600m, 3rd in the 4x800m relay and 5th at the cross country state meet.
Captured the Class 6A State Championship in the 800m as a junior in 2021, while was the runner-up in 4x800m relay.
Served as the chair for the Golden Scoop, which is an ice cream and coffee staffed by individuals with special needs.
Graduated Cum Laude.
