MANHATTAN, Kansas – (rv/rv) K-State (17-6, 7-4 Big 12) begins a two-game road trip on Wednesday, as the Wildcats travel to Waco, Texas, to face (10/12) Baylor at 7 p.m.

• Wednesday's game will air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, as Lincoln Rose (play-by-play), Jim Haller (analyst) and Brooke Bednarz (sideline) will have the call.
• K-State's eight-win improvement from the 2020-21 season is tied for the largest win improvement in the Jeff Mittie era and tied for the third-largest win increase from one season to the next in program history.
• The Wildcats have been led this season by junior Ayoka Lee and freshman Serena Sundell. Lee, a 2022 All-America and National Player of the Year candidate, is second in the nation for total points scored (569) and is third in the nation in scoring average (24.7 ppg). She leads the nation in field goals made (235) and is second in blocked shots (74) and fifth for blocks per game (3.22). She leads the Big 12 in field goal percentage (.582).
• Sundell, a candidate for Big 12 Freshman of the Year, is second on the team in scoring (10.1 ppg) and leads the Wildcats in 3-point field goals made (35). She is second in the Big 12 in total assists (136) and assists per game (5.9). Only freshman in the Big 12 with 125 or more assists and 35 or more made 3-point field goals.

1. Lee Reaches 1500 Career Point Mark
• With 31 points against Texas Tech, Ayoka Lee became the 13th K-State player to reach the 1,500-career point mark. Lee was the fastest Wildcat to reach the milestone (77 games) and is the first player in program history to reach the 1,000 career point mark and the 1,500 career point mark in the same season.
2. Glenn Named Big 12 Freshman of the Week
• Brylee Glenn collected her third Big 12 Freshman of the Week honor this season. Last week, Glenn averaged 16.5 points, 3.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals.
3. Rank & File, Again & Again
• In a schedule oddity since facing Iowa State on Jan. 11, K-State has played at least one Associated Press top-15 opponent every week for the last five weeks. Of K-State's eight games this season against AP ranked opponents, all eight have been against top-15 foes. The last time this happened to K-State was in the 2009-10 season.
4. Lee Moves Up On K-State Career Rebounds List
• Ayoka Lee moved into 10th on the K-State career rebounds list with her total of 788. With 12 boards, Lee will become the 10th player with 800 or more rebounds in program history.

• The Wildcats have 429 assists (18.7 apg) and an assisted shot rate of 72.6 percent this season. According to HerHoopStats.com, K-State ranks second in the nation in assisted shot rate and are the highest ranked Power 5 member in the category.

• K-State has blocked 131 shots this season, which is the seventh-highest total in the Jeff Mittie era.
• This is the eighth straight season in which K-State has blocked 120 or more shots, which is the longest such streak in program history.
• The Wildcats are ahead of the school record (5.6 bpg) for blocks per game with 5.7 this season. If K-State finishes the season above 5.0 blocks per game, it would be the third such season in program history.

• K-State shot 60.0 percent in the second half to hold back Texas Tech on Saturday in front of its largest home crowd this season (5,588).
• The Wildcats dished out 23 assists on Saturday, the eighth time this season (7-1) K-State has handed out 20 or more assists.
• K-State featured four players in double figures, led by Ayoka Lee's 31 points. Jaelyn Glenn added 16, Brylee Glenn tallied 14 and Serena Sundell chipped in with 12.

Wildcats on the Road
• K-State has a 285-308 (.481) record in road games during the program's 54-year history.

• At Omaha on Dec. 8, K-State tallied a school record 36 points in the first quarter. The 36 points are the most in any quarter in school history.
• This season, K-State has scored 20 or more points in a quarter 27 times and have scored 20 or more points in two or more quarters in a game nine times.
• Since the 2015-16 season, K-State has registered 213 quarters with 20 or more points with a high of 43 in the 2017-18 season. In the 2020-21 season, K-State had 21 quarters with 20 or more points scored.

Jaelyn Glenn Reaches Rare Lines
• Freshman guard Jaelyn Glenn provided some unique stat lines for K-State this season.
• In her first season, Glenn is averaging 7.7 points. She is also pulling in 4.1 rebounds, dishing 2.4 assists. She has an assist to turnover ratio of 1.83 this season and has pocketed 1.68 steals per game.
• Glenn has scored in double figures in six games and has eight games with two or more steals, including three with four or more.
• Against Texas Tech on Feb. 5, Glenn tallied 16 points, five rebounds, six steals and two assists. Her six steals were the most by a Wildcat since Angela Harris tallied six against Iowa State on Feb. 26, 2020. 
• Glenn is the first K-State freshman since Kendra Wecker on Feb. 27, 2002, to record 10 or more points, five or more rebounds and six or more steals in a game.
• Against Abilene Christian, Glenn tallied 13 points, eight assists, five steals and four rebounds.
• Glenn was the first K-State freshman since at least the 2000-01 season to notch 10 or more points, eight or more assists and five or more steals in the same game.
• Against Oklahoma on Jan. 23, Glenn carded eight points, 11 rebounds, seven assists and five steals. Glenn was the second K-State freshman this season to register at least 10 or more rebounds, five or more assists and five or more steals in the same game (Serena Sundell, at South Dakota State, Dec. 11).

Brylee Glenn Through the Lens
• Freshman guard Brylee Glenn has provided diverse stat lines for the Wildcats this season and has been recognized for her efforts by the league this season.
• For the season, Glenn is third on the team in scoring with 8.5 points. She has pulled in 2.6 rebounds, dished 1.5 assists and pocketed 1.2 steals. In league play, Glenn is averaging 8.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals.
• Glenn has collected Big 12 Freshman of the Week honors on Dec. 6, Dec. 20 and Feb. 7.
• Over the last three games, Glenn is averaging 15.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals while scoring in double figures in all three games.
• At Iowa State on Feb. 2, Glenn tied her career-high with 19 points including 17 in the fourth quarter.

Lee Captures 30-Pt Game Record
• Ayoka Lee achieved a pair of school records with her prolific ability to score 30 or more points.
• In her career, Lee owns the school record for career games with 30 or more points as she has 11 such games.
• This season, Lee has eight games with 30 or more points which leads the Big 12. Her eight games with 30 or more points this season are the most in a single season in school history. Lee is one of three players in the nation (Caitlin Clark, Iowa & Jasmine Dickey, Delaware) with two or more games of 40 or more points scored in a game this season.
• Against Oklahoma on January 23 in Bramlage Coliseum, Lee broke the NCAA Division I women's basketball record for points in a single game with 61 points on 23-of-30 (.767) shooting and 15-of-17 (.882) from the free throw line. The 61 points surpassed the original NCAA Division I record of 60 set by Cindy Brown (Long Beach State, 1986-87) and Rachel Banham (Minnesota, 2015-16). Lee's point total broke the Big 12 record for a single game by 11 points (50, Brittney Griner, 2012-13). 
• To open the 2021-22 season on Nov. 9 against Central Arkansas, Lee scored 43 points on 17-of-25 shooting from the field and 9-of-12 from the free throw line to go with nine rebounds, four blocks, three assists and three steals. According to HerHoopStats.com, no player since at least 2009-10 has recorded a single-game stat line like Lee achieved in the season-opener.
• Her 43 points tied for the 12th highest single-game total in Big 12 history and are the fourth-most in the nation this season.
• On Nov. 14 against Western Kentucky, Lee notched her second 30-point game of the season with 33 points. She then followed that performance with 31 points against North Carolina A&T on Nov. 15.
• At South Dakota State on Dec. 11, Lee tallied 38 points on 16-of-30 from the field and 6-of-8 from the foul line. She set the school record for points scored in a first quarter with 16.
• Against Baylor in the Big 12 opener on January 2, Lee tallied 32 points on 11-of-16 shooting and 10-of-13 from the free throw line. In the third quarter against the Bears, Lee set the school record for points in any quarter with 19 and outscored Baylor by herself in the frame, 19-17.
• Against Iowa State on January 11, Lee established a new school record for points in a conference game with 38 points on 18-of-29 shooting. In the first half against the Cyclones, Lee equaled Iowa State's point total in the first 20 minutes, 24-24.

Lee Among Top-10 for Career Boards
• Ayoka Lee has continued to own the glass in her K-State career, moving into the top-10 in program history and approaching the 800-rebound mark.
• Lee ranks 10th in school history for career rebounds with 788 and she is the 16th player in school history with 700 or more career rebounds. Her career rebound total ranks fourth in school history by a center. With 12 rebounds, Lee would become the 10th player in program history to pull in 800 or more career rebounds.
• She owns the school record for career rebounding average and ranks second in Big 12 history at 10.2 rebounds per game.
• Among active NCAA Division I players, Lee ranks sixth in the nation for career rebounding average.
• She ranks third in school history for career games with 15 or more rebounds (6).
• This season, Lee ranks second in the Big 12 and 30th in the nation with 10.4 rebounds per game. She ranks 12th in the nation in total rebounds (240). In Big 12-only games, Lee leads the league in rebounding with 9.7 per game. 
• Lee is the eighth player in school history with three or more consecutive seasons with 200 or more rebounds.
