FROM THE HEAD COACH
K-State Head Coach Mike Dibbini
On the team's performance ...
"We learned a lot today, learned a lot about ourselves. I feel pretty good about where we are at, if we can continue to keep the standard of where we are at and be a little more focussed in the final third and a little more focused in possession and not turning the ball over while we are in our big shape in our attack."
Â
On tempo of the second half...
"It needed to change a little bit especially when you are down. There needed to be a bit more urgency. I kept yelling "Urgency, Urgency!" because we are down 2-0. They waited until the clock was 10 or 15 minutes before they picked it up a little bit more so we had to do it a little bit sooner."
On Kyler Goins' continued performance and her goal today...
"She's experienced. She's been in those key moments. She's scoring goals so we just have to continue to get her the ball and create for us. So she is using her leadership and her experience."
