OUTDOOR

Ran in the 5,000 meters during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 15:33.79 in 5^th place.
Started his season running in the 5,000 meters at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/28-29/24) with a time of 14:56.96 in 43^rd place, out of 278 runners.

INDOOR

Recorded his fastest mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a 3^rd place time of 4:20.54.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) he ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:34.15.
Ran in the 3,000 meters during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a 6^th place time of 8:45.09.
Ran in the mile at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) with a time of 4:23.32 in 7^th place, beating his previous time from 2020.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:57.65.

AS A SENIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) he ran in the 10,000 meters with a time of 31:55.09, in 12^th place.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) he ran in the 5,000 meters where he finished with a time of 15:26.96.
Ran in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with a time of 30:16.10, a 17^th place finish.
Competed in the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:13.06.
In his first meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in both the 1,500 meters for the first time with a time of 4:04.04 and in the 4x400 relay at 3:42.44.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

In his only meet of the season he finished 15^th in the 5,000 meters at 14:28.85 in the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22).

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22) he ran his 3,000 meters personal best with a time of 8:20.05.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Recorded two personal bests during the Big 12 Championships (5/14-16/21) in the 10,000 meters at 29:53.37 and the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:13.90, finishing 11^th in both events.
Won the 5,000 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/30-5/1/21) with a time of 14:18.10.
In the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) in the 5,000 meters he took 3^rd with a time of 14:32.58.

At the KSU-KU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) he placed 3^rd in the 3,000 meters at 8:36.26.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)

In the 3,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/22/20) he finished 3^rdwith a time of 8:49.12.

In his only meet of the outdoor season he placed 4^th in the 5,000 meters at 14:59.73 at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/3-4/19).

In his first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/12/19) he finished 2^nd in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:45.16.

AS A SENIOR (2023)

Competed in his fourth NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) finishing second for the Wildcats with a 10k time of 32:30.4, placing 93^rd.
Ran in the Big 12 Championship (10.28.23) with an 8k time of 24:50.7, placing 64^th.
Finished 7^th in the 8k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) in one of his best times since 2020, at 24:33.8.
At the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he finished 42^nd in the 8k with a time of 25:04.7.
During the first 8k of the season at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) he finished 38^th with a time of 24:56.0.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) he ran in the 6k with a time of 19:31.7, in 13^th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) he ran his 10k personal best at 31:19.8, 12 seconds faster than his previous, finishing 105^th.
In the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) he finished in the top-50 at 40^th in the 8k with a time of 25:49.2.
At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he ran the 8k in 25:12.3, finishing 107^th, 21 seconds faster than his first meet of the season.
Competing in his first meet of the season at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) he ran the 8k in 25:33.2 placing 128^th.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the second time in his career, finishing 43^rd with a 10k time of 31:31.73.
Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), finishing 25^th with an 8k time of 25:30.9.
In his first meet of the season at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet he finished with a time of 25:01.7 to place 34^th out of 256 competitors.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (4th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20), nearly earning All-Big 12 honors, posting a 16^th-place outing with a personal-best 8k time of 24:05.5.
Grabbed the top spot for K-State at the OSU Invitational (10/17/20) with an 8k pace of 25:00.8.
Recorded a top-20 performance at the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) with an 8k time of 25:01.5 to place a team-best 16^th overall.
Earned a top-10 finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a new personal-best 6k time of 18:51.4 to finish 10^th overall.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/15/19) for the first time, finishing 152^nd with a 10k time of 34:01.7.
Finished in the top-50 at the Big 12 Championship (11/2/19) with an 8k time of 25:20.0.
At the Pre-National meet (10/19/19) he ran an 8k time of 25:44.3, placing 187^th.
Placed 29^th with a 5-mile time of 25:02.39 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19).
In the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19) he finished 25^th with an 8k time of 25:36.4.
Recorded a top-10 finish in his first meet as a Wildcat, placing 10^th at the J.K. Gold Classic (9/17/19) with a 6k time of 19:14.4.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018)

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Great Bend High School in Great Bend, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Posted 3 individual top-10 finishes at the 2017 Class 5A Cross Country Championships, including a runner-up finish as a senior in 2017 with a time 5k time of 15:41.2.
Captured the state title in the 3,200m as a senior at the 2018 Class 5A Championships with a time of 9:25.07… Also placed 4th in the 1,600m with a time of 4:26.48.
Finished in the top-3 in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) as a junior at the 2017 Class 5A Championships, including state runner-up finishes in the 3,200m and 4x800m relay and a 3rd-place finish in the 1,600m.
Placed in the top-10 in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) as a sophomore at the 2016 Class 5A Championships, including 6th in the 3,200m.
