AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)

INDOOR

At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he competed in the long jump where he finished 4^th at 7.00m.
During the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) he competed in his first 4x400 relay where his team won with a time of 3:23.29, also competed in the shot put with a distance of 11.53m.

SUMMER 2022 (SWEDISH OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP)

Finished 3^rd in the decathlon held July 23-24 in Vasteras, Sweden with 7,028 points being one of 3 competitors (along with teammate Emil Uhlin) to eclipse 7,000 points.
Finished 2^nd in the long jump, high jump and pole vault competitions and 2^nd in his heat in the 100m.
Posted a personal-best time of 15.26 seconds in the 110m hurdles.
Had a season-best height of 4.82m/15-9.75 in the pole vault.
Earned a bronze medal in the long jump held August 6-7 with a leap of 7.57m and finished 15^th in the pole vault with a mark of 4.45m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22)
OUTDOOR
Redshirt the outdoor season.

INDOOR

Posted a personal best score of 5,586 points in the heptathlon to finish 4^th at the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22), he won the pole vault competition with a mark of 5.07m and was runner-up in the 60m and long jump.
Won the pole vault at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) with height of 5.00m.
Finished 3^rd in his first collegiate heptathlon at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) with a score of 3,099 points, winning the 60m with a time of 7.09 and the 60m hurdles with a season-best time of 8.38, and 2^nd in the 1,000m with a time of 2:52.80.
Helped the Wildcats score points in the annual KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) with a 4^th place finish in the pole vault with a mark of 4.62m.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Won the gold medal in the decathlon at the 2020 Swedish U20 Outdoor Championships on August 1-2 with a final tally of 6,932 points, winning the 100m, 110m hurdles, 400m, long jump, pole vault and shot put and was 2^nd in the discus and high jump.
Won the gold medal in the heptathlon at the 2019 Swedish U20 Indoor Championships on February 2-3 with a score of 5,397 points, winning the 60m and long jump and second in the 60m hurdles, 1,000m, high jump and pole vault.
Was a silver medalist in the triple jump at the 2018 European U18 Championships with a mark of 15.36m.
