AS A SENIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR
  • Competed in two events at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23), the 4x400m relay elite where his team took 12th with a time of 3:15.05, and in the 400m with a time of 50.12.
  • In his first meet of the outdoor season at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) he competed in the 4x400 where his team finished with a time of 3:12.53.
INDOOR
  • Competed in his first Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the DMR where his team finished with a time of 9:56.29.
  • Recorded a new 300m dash personal best at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a 5th place time of 36.53.
  • In back-to-back meets he recorded his 400m personal best, this time at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) with a time of 49.75.
  • At the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3-4/23) he ran his new 400m personal best at 49.81 seconds, .02 seconds faster than his previous from two years prior.
  • Competed in his first DMR at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) where he helped his team win with a time of 10:01.85.
  • Ran in the 300m for the first time collegiately at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) with a time of 36.90 seconds.
  • In his first meet as a Wildcat in the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) he competed in the 4x400 relay where his team won with a time of 3:23.39.

AS A JUNIOR AT FORT HAYS (2021-22)
OUTDOOR
  • Went to the DII NCAA Championships (5/26-28/22) where his 4x400 relay team competed in the preliminaries recording a time of 3:16.17.
  • At the MIAA Championships (5/6-8/22) in his decathlon event he recorded his 110m hurdle personal best at 16.03 seconds, also taking 2nd in the discus and 1,500m and 3rd in the shot put, also recorded his fastest 4x400 relay with his team that took 2nd with a time of 3:11.06.
  • In the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15/22) he recorded three personal bests during his decathlon, the pole vault with a 2nd place height of 4.00m, the javelin with a distance of 39.92m, and the 1,500m in a 4th place finish at 4:38.18, also took 3rd in the 100m dash and discus and 2nd in the 400m.
  • Finished 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the Central Nebraska Challenge (4/2/22) at 55.13 seconds.
INDOOR
  • During the MIAA Championships (2/25-27/22) he recorded his heptathlon personal best at 4,972 points, also recording his 60m dash personal best at 7.19 seconds, in the event he also won the 1,000m with a time of 2:42.34.
  • Ran two personal bests in the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/18/22), in the 60m hurdles at 8.71 seconds and the 200m at 23.03 seconds.
  • At the Gorilla Classic (2/11-12/22) he recorded his 600y personal best with a time of 1:13.46.
  • Placed 2nd place with his heptathlon performance of 4,927 points, taking 2nd in the long jump at 6.68m, and 3rd in three events, the shot put, pole vault and 1,5000m, and his 4x400 relay team took 1st place with a time of 3:22.78.
  • Recorded his long jump personal best at the Charlie Foster Classic (1/28/22) with a 4th place distance of 6.77m.
  • In the first meet at the Boo Rogers Combined Events (12/3-4/21) he recorded his shot put personal best during his heptathlon with a distance of 12.98m, also finished 3rd in the 1,000m at 2:47.34.

AS A JUNIOR AT FORT HAYS (2020-21)
OUTDOOR
  • Went to the DII NCAA Championships (5/27-29/21) where his 4x400 relay team finished 7th with a time of 3:11.49.
  • 4x400 relay team took 1st in the Loper Twilight (5/15/21) with a time of 3:11.32.
  • Performed his decathlon personal best at 6,456 points with a 7th place finish in the MIAA Championships (5/8-9/21), also recorded three more personal bests in the 100m at 11.20 seconds, 400m at 49.83 seconds and the discus with a distance of 39.36m, won the 1,500m at 4:40.04, and ran in the 4x400 relay where his team took 2nd with a time of 3:13.76.
  • During the Wichita State Open (4/10/21) he competed in four events, the 4x400 relay where his team took 2nd at 3:16.72, the 100m at 11.40 seconds, the 100m hurdles at 16.34 seconds, and the discus where he threw a distance of 33.24m.
  • Competed in his first decathlon at the SBU Invite (4/2-3/21) where he finished 5th overall with 6,256 points, winning the discus at 38.86m, 3rd in the 1,500m with a time of 4:48.02 and 4th in the 400m at 50.46 seconds.
INDOOR
  • At the MIAA Championships (2/27-28/21) he recorded his high jump personal best in the heptathlon with a height of 1.76m, also took 1st in the 1,000m with a time of 2:41.84, and 3rd in the 60m dash at 7.25 seconds, his 4x400 relay team took 5th with a time of 3:16.62.
  • Won the 400m at the Loper Tune-Up (2/19/21) at 51.18 seconds.
  • Recorded his highest heptathlon so far at 4,559 points, finishing 5th, placing the highest in the 1,000m with a time of 2:44.41 in 3rd place and 5th place in the 60m hurdles at 9.01 seconds, also competed in the 4x400 relay where his team took 3rd with a time of 3:21.25.
  • Placed in the top-5 in two events at the Charlie Foster Classic (1/20/21), the 4x400 relay where his team took 2nd with a time of 3:28.32 and the long jump with a distance of 6.07m, finishing 4th.
  • Started the season with three events at the UNK Pre-Holiday Classic (12/12/20) placing 6th in two events, the long jump at 6.28m, and the 60m hurdles at 9.14 seconds, also competing in the 800m at 2:05.35, placing 8th.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT FORT HAYS (2019-20)
OUTDOOR

Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR
  • Recorded his 1,000m personal best at the MIAA Championships (2/28-3/1/20) with a time of 2:41.54, finishing 1st.
  • At the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/21/20) he recorded his 800m personal best at 2:03.33.
  • During the Bearcat Open (2/7-8/20) he participated in the heptathlon, placing 12th with 4,073 points, and finished highest in the 1,000m at 2:47.31, finishing 2nd.
  • Placed 2nd in the 800m at the UNK Charlie Foster (1/31/20) with a time of 2:08.46, he also competed in the 60m hurdles at 9.70 seconds and the long jump at 5.74m.
  • Started the season competing in a heptathlon at the Mines Alumni Classic (12/5-6/19) where he placed 16th overall at 4,029 points, placing the highest at 5th in the 1,000m with a time of 2:50.83.

AS A FRESHMAN AT FORT HAYS (2018-19)
OUTDOOR
  • At the Loper Last Chance Twilight (5/12/19) he placed in the top-3 in two events, the 400m at 53.12 seconds in 2nd place and the 200m taking 3rd place at 24.03 seconds.
  • During the Colorado Invitational (4/5-6/19) he competed in three events, his 4x400 relay placed 13th at 3:29.73, the 400m at 52.15 seconds and the 200m at 24.20 seconds.
INDOOR
  • At the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/15/19) his 4x400 relay team placed 6th with a time of 3:27.34, also competing in the 200m and 400m.
  • His 4x400 relay team won at the UNK Invitational (2/1-2/19) with a time of 3:32.54, also competing in the 600y at 1:19.99.
  • In his first meet at the Colorado Running Company Invite (12/8/18) he competed in two events, the 400m at 53.61 seconds and the 4x400 relay where his team finished 5th at 3:37.18.
