COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played his redshirt freshman season for the Blue Dragons under head coach Rion Rhoades... Saw action in 11 games, recording 44 tackles, two tackles for loss, four interceptions and four pass breakups... Carded a season-high 10 tackles against Dodge City CC, while he had had seven stops the next week against Coffeyville... Returned one of his interceptions 13 yards at Highland... Also returned five punts on the year for 34 yards.
APPALACHIAN STATE: Signed with Appalachian State out of high school and redshirted the 2014 season for the Mountaineers as a wide receiver.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for the Norcross under head coach Keith Maloof... Rated as one of the top 20 safeties in the state of Georgia in the Class of 2014 by Scout.com... Earned Second Team Georgia 7-AAAAAA All-Region accolades as a senior... Totaled 103 tackles, two tackles for loss, 10 interceptions, 20 passes defended and three fumble recoveries over his final two high school campaigns... Also recorded 267 interception-return yards...
