CAREER: A former community-college transfer who saw action in 18 career games... Helped the 2017 Senior Class earn a four-year record of 32-20, advance to four bowls and pick up two bowl victories.

2017: Saw time in 12 games as he added depth along the interior of the defensive line and saw time on short-yardage situations... Recorded his lone tackle of the year against TCU.

2016: Played in six games and collected two tackles, including a 12-yard sack in his first-career game against Florida Atlantic.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Cerritos College under head coach Frank Mazzotta... Recorded 65 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks in his two-year career, spanning 20 games... Had an outstanding sophomore year as he was named the National Division Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Year and earned First Team All-California Region III honors after carding 49 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks... Had at least a half sack in a five-game stretch, culminating with a 3.5-sack performance against El Camino... Ended his season strong by recording at least six tackles in three of his last four games, including seven-tackle games against Moorpark and Long Beach City...
