A big, power running back who got his feet wet at the Division I level in 2017... Will compete for increased playing time as a sophomore.

2017: Played in three games, totaling 55 yards on 10 carries... Set a season high with 33 yards, which included a 15-yard touchdown, against Charlotte... Also rushed four times for 14 yards in the season opener against Central Arkansas and twice for eight yards in the Cactus Bowl win over UCLA.

2016: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Topeka under head coach Walt Alexander... Rated the fifth-best player in the state of Kansas in the Class of 2016 by Rivals, while he checked in at No. 6 according to ESPN... Also viewed as the 27th-best running back nationally by Rivals and the best in the state of Kansas by Scout... Named to the USA TODAY Sports/American Family Insurance All-USA Kansas team as a senior... A first team all-state selection by the Topeka Capital-Journal following his senior campaign in addition to earning honorable mention honors from the Wichita Eagle... Also earned honorable mention accolades from both publications as a junior... Rushed for nearly 1,500 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior en route to All-City Offensive Player of the Year honors... Helped lead the Trojans to an 8-2 record in 2015 and a 7-3 mark in 2014, culminating with trips to the state playoffs both seasons... Named the East team MVP of the 2016 Kansas Shrine Bowl after tying a game record with four rushing touchdowns...
