HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years at Hanover under head coach Matt Heuer… Picked up first team all-state honors from the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a senior, while he was an honorable mention pick as a junior… Totaled 215 career tackles, 9.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception during his career… The Wildcats went a collective 50-2 over his four years with state championships in 2016 and 2017, while the Wildcats garnered runner-up finishes the two previous years… Selected to play in the Kansas Shrine Bowl, one of just three 8-man football players to be invited.
PERSONAL: Carlos Alberto Emanuel was born December 11, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nevada… Son of Amanda Emanuel… Plans on majoring in business administration.
