HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Trinity Academy under head coach Jared McDaniel… A first team all-state quarterback by the Kansas Football Coaches Association (KFBCA) in 2017, while he was an honorable mention selection by the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle in both 2016 and 2017… Named the Knights’ Offensive MVP as both a junior and senior as he became the single-season and career passing leader in yards and touchdowns… Compiled 3,894 passing yards and 48 touchdowns over his final two years in addition to 1,312 rushing yards and another 12 scores… Prepped with current Wildcat offensive lineman Ben Adler… Also lettered two years in basketball.
