AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
  • Competed in the 400m dash first round at the NCAA West Prelims (5/28-31/25) in 46.29 seconds, finishing 25th.
  • Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) in the 400m dash with a final race time of 46.20 seconds in 6th place. He won his preliminary heat in 46.42 seconds. He also ran in the 4x400 relay where his team medaled in 8th place in 3:07.98.
  • Set a new meet record in the 400m dash at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a new personal best time of 45.75 seconds, the no. 7 time in the K-State outdoor records.
  • Finished runner-up in the 400m dash university race at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) in 46.44 seconds. He also ran in the 4x400 relay university invite, his team finishing 4th in 3:08.07. 
  • At the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) he ran in two events, the 800 meters for the first time in 1:54.57 and in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 3rd in 3:10.10.
INDOOR
  • Competed individually at the USATF Indoor Championship (2/22-23/25) where he competed in the 400m dash preliminary in 46.70 seconds in 17th place.
  • At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) he ran in the 400m dash invite unattached in 46.17 seconds, the no. 2 time in the K-State all-time top-10.
  • Broke the 600 yards school record while unattached at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) in 1:07.88 seconds, also a new meet and facility record. That time is tied for no. 7 in the NCAA collegiate all-time records via USTFCCCA.
  • Competed unattached in the Thane Baker Invite (1/18/25), winning the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.96.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Did not compete during the season.

INDOOR
  • Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (3/7-9/24) in Boston, his 4x400 relay team finishing 10th with a time of 3:05.39.
  • Medaled in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing runner-up with a time of 3:05.03 (altitude).
  • Finished runner-up in the 400m dash at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) in 47.84 seconds.
  • Ran in the 400m dash at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 47.40 seconds in 25th place, out of 60.
  • Broke the indoor 4x400 men's relay school record during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) as the fourth leg of the race with a time of 3:04.84. He also competed in the 600 yards for the first time with a time of 1:09.32, 5th in the K-State all-time top-10.
  • At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 2nd in 3:06.16 (altitude).
  • Competed in his first collegiate meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) in the 400m dash with a 3rd place time of 48.44 seconds.

PRIOR TO K-STATE
  • Attended Mead High School.
  • Colorado 4A 2023 state champion in the 200, 400 and 800 meters, 100 meter dash runner-up.
  • 2023 400m champion at Brooks PR Invite and New Balance Outdoor Nationals.
  • 400 meter dash time of 45.36 is ranked No. 1 in the state of Colorado.
