AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Earned All-American honorable mention at the NCAA Championship (6/5-8/24), his second outdoor trip and third overall, his 4x400 relay team running a time of 3:08.86 in 22^nd place.
Helped set a new outdoor 4x400 relay school record at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) with a time of 3:03.15, finishing 5^th. He also ran in the 400m dash first round in 46.31 seconds in 28^thplace.
Medaled with his 4x400 relay team at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a 5^th place time of 3:05.90. He also ran in the 400m dash in 46.23 seconds, placing 9^th.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-18/24) he ran in the collegiate 400m in 47.49 seconds. Also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where his team finished 4^th in 3:04.42.
In his first meet of the season at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:04.66, no. 4 in the K-State all-time top-10.

INDOOR

Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (3/7-9/24) in Boston, his 4x400 relay team finishing 10^th with a time of 3:05.39.
Medaled in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing runner-up with a time of 3:05.03 (altitude). He also ran in the preliminary 400m dash in 46.32 seconds in 9^thplace, one spot behind qualifying for the final round.
Helped set a new indoor 4x400 relay school record during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) as the second leg of the race with a time of 3:04.84. Also ran in the 400m dash with a runner-up time of 46.15 seconds.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 2^nd in 3:06.16 (altitude).
Won the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a time of 1:09.85. Also ran in the mixed 4x400 relay where the team finished with a time of 3:27.93.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:15.16.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24-27/23) he ran in the 400m dash preliminary round in 46.32 seconds.
Ran in two events at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23), the 400m dash in the preliminary in 46.04 seconds and in the 4x400 relay where his team took 6^th in 3:10.34.
Won the 400m dash at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) in 46.31 seconds.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) his 4x400 relay team took 2^nd place with a time of 3:12.19.
Competed in two events at the MT. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23), ran in the 4x400m relay elite where his team took 12^th with a time of 3:15.05, and in the 400m dash elite in 47.17 seconds.
In his first meet of the outdoor season he competed in two relays at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23), the 4x400 in 3:12.53 and in the DMR where his team finished 3^rd with a time of 9:44.86.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the 400m dash, finishing 10^thin46.52 seconds.
Won the 300m dash with a new personal best time since 2021 of 33.78 seconds at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23).
Finished 7^th in the 400m dash at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3-4/23) with a time of 46.56 seconds.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) he ran in a Big 12 rare event, the 600m, taking 2^nd place with a time of 1:16.34.
Broke the 600y meet record during the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) winning with his new personal best time of 1:08.59; also running in the 4x400 mixed relay where his team won in 3:26.48.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Earned Second Team All-American honors with his 4x400 relay team at the NCAA Championships (6/8-11/22), finishing 15^th in the prelims with a time of 3:04.33.
Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-28/22) in the preliminary round in 46.01 seconds and in the 4x400 relay in 3:03.97, finishing 11^th.
During the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) he ran his new 400m personal best in the prelims at 45.40 seconds.
At the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22) he recorded his first and personal best 200m time at 21.71 seconds.
In his first attempt with his DMR team at the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22) they finished 1^st with a combined time of 9:42.04.
Won the 4x400 relay at the UTSA Invitational (3/18-19/22) with a time of 3:08.96.

INDOOR

Competed in the 4x400 four times during the season, finishing 1^st, 2^nd twice and 8^th.
Won the 600y at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) with a time of 1:10.25.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
INDOOR

At the Big 12 Championship (2/26/21) he finished runner-up in the 400m at 46.21.
He recorded a 600y runner-up time of 1:08.60 in the Texas Tech Shootout (2/12-13/21).
In the Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) he ran in two events, the 4x400 relay where his team took 2^nd with a time of 3:11.20 and in the 400m where he finished 1^stat 46.26 seconds.
Ran unattached in the 400m at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21), posting a 1^st place performance at 1:11.19.
Won the 400m at the KSU-KU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) with a time of 47.42 seconds.
During the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) he won two events, the 4x400 with his relay team at 3:18.54 and the 300m with a new personal best time of 34.32 seconds.
Took 1^st in the 600y at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/5/20) with a time of 1:11.05.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)
OUTDOOR
Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR

In consecutive meets he won the 400m, at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) at 47.92 seconds and in the Steve Miller Invitational (2/22/20) with a time of 48.30.
During his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/14/19) he finished 2^nd in the 300m at 34.52 seconds.
