AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24-27/23) he ran in the 1,500m, competing in the quarterfinal round with a time of 3:51.98.
Medaled in the 1,500m at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with a 7^th place time of 3:45.88.
Ran in the 1,500m elite at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) where he took 2^nd with a time of 3:43.98.
Competed in the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23), running in the 1,500m with a 5^th place time of 3:47.71, and in the DMR, his team finishing in 9:44.86, in 3^rdplace.
In the first meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he finished 2^nd in two events, the 800m in 1:55.86 and in the 1,500m with a time of 3:59.22, also running in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:31.68.

INDOOR

Medaled during the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the mile run with an 8^th place time of 4:07.59.
Won the 800m during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a time of 1:54.63.
Broke a K-State school record during the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) finishing 2^nd in the men's mile with a personal best time of 4:02.07, surpassing Jeff Schemmel's 4:02.42 from the NCAA Championships in 1976.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) he finished 2^nd in the 3,000m with a time of 8:32.51, and ran in the DMR where his team won at 10:01.85.
Won the 1,000m during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) in 2:29.07.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he ran in two events, the mile run at 4:13.09, and the 800m with a time of 1:56.72.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-28/22) in the 1,500m event where he placed 15^thin the quarterfinals with a time of 3:43.54.
Recorded his 1,500m personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) where he ran a 2^nd place time of 3:42.97.
At the Drake Relays (4/27-30/22) he competed in two new events, the 4x800 relay where his team finished in 7:26.21 taking 5^th and in the DMR with a time of 10:10.95.
Won the 1,500m at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22) with a time of 3:50.22, also competed in his first 4x400 relay, his team finishing with a time of 3:28.50.
Started the season with his 3,000m steeplechase personal best at the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22) with a time of 9:10.63.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22) he ran in the mile, finishing 6^th at 4:02.98.
Won the 800m and recorded his personal best at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) with a time of 1:53.80.
In the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22) he recorded his 3,000m personal best with a 2^nd place time of 8:05.51.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Recorded his 5,000m personal best at the Big 12 Championships (5/14-16/21) with a time of 14:16.73.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) he won the 1,500m with a time of 3:47.61.
Won the 3,000m steeplechase two other times during the season, his fastest time at the Rock Chalk Classic at 9:10.66.
Won during his first attempt at the 3,000m steeplechase at the UTSA Invitational (3/18-20/21) with a time of 9:20.47.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/26/21) he competed in two events, the mile with a time of 4:12.92 and the 3,000m with a time of 8:51.67.
In his first attempt in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic (2/12-13/21) he ran a time of 8:13.54, finishing 5^th.
Recorded his 1,000m personal best at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) with a 2^nd place time of 2:27.26.

Ran the mile in back-to-back meets, his fastest time at the Iowa State Classic (2/14-15/20) with a time of 4:09.11.
Competed in two events at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) where he took 3^rd with a mile time of 4:16.36 and in the 800m he finished 4^th with a time of 1:56.70.
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/18/20) he took 3^rd in the 1,000m with a time of 2:30.75.
In his first meet at the Jim Green Invitational (1/10-11/20) he ran the mile with a time of 4:21.14.

Recorded his new 10k personal best during the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) shaving a minute off his previous time at 30:33.2, finishing right inside the top-50 at 49^th.
In the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) he finished 21^st in the 8k with a time of 24:54.9.
At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he recorded an 8k time of 24:37.7 finishing 56^th.
Competed in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) with an 8k time of 24:16.8 and a top-20 finish at 15^th.
Ran in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) with an 8k time of 24:33.4 with a top-15 finish at 11^th.
In the first meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) he achieved a top-three finish placing 3^rd with a new 6k personal best time of 18:36.4.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Region Championship (11/12/21) for the second time in his career, finishing 58^th with a personal-best 10k time of 31:44.3.
Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), finishing 27^th with an 8k time of 25:34.1.
Performed well at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet with an 8k time of 24:55.3 to place 25^th out of 256 competitors.
Ran an 8k time 24:28.9 to finish 17^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21) to earn Big 12 Runner of the Week honors for the first time in his career, the first Wildcat to earn the weekly accolade since 2019.
Opened the year at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) with an 8k time of 25:25.3 to place 60^th.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (4th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20), posting a 19^th-place outing with a personal best 8k time of 24:09.5
Posted a top-40 performance at the OSU Invitational (10/17/20) with an 8k pace of 25:22.3.
Recorded a top-25 performance at the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) with an 8k time of 25:10.7 to place 22^nd overall.
Earned a top-15 finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a new personal-best 6k time of 19:10.0 to finish 14^th overall.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019)

Advanced to the Midwest Region Championship (11/15/19) for the first time, finishing 81^st with a 10k time of 32:41.0.
Finished in the top-35 at the Big 12 Championship (11/2/19) with an 8k time of 24:59.4, finishing 34^th.
Ran in the Pre-National meet (10/19/19) where he ran an 8k time of 25:40.3, placing 181^st.
Placed 22^nd with a 5-mile time of 24:56.9 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19).
Recorded a top-15 finish in his first meet as a Wildcat, placing 13^th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19) with an 8k time of 25:17.4.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Yates Center High School in Yates Center, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field as well as basketball.
Helped Yates Center capture the 2017 Class 2A State Cross Country Championship.
Won 12 individual state championships while at Yates Center, including twice in cross country (2017, 2018), twice each in the 800m and 4x800m relay and 3 times each in the 1,600m and 3,200m.
Advanced to the Class 2A State Cross Country Championships 3 times, including winning the state individual title as a junior in 2017 with a 5k time of 16:05.1 and as a senior in 2018 with a 5k time of 15:57.5.
Won the state championship in 3 events (800m, 1,600m and 3,200m) as a senior at the 2019 Class 2A State Championships, including a personal-best time of 1:57.43 in the 800m.
Won the state championship in 4 events (800m, 1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) as a junior at the 2018 Class 2A State Championships, including season-best times in the 1,600m and 3,200m.
Won the state championship in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) at the as a sophomore at the 2017 Class 2A State Championships, including season-best times in the 1,600m and 3,200m.
Two-time Scholar Bowl State Champion.
