Earned Second Team All-America honors for the first time during the outdoor season at the NCAA Championship (6/11-14/25) with 12^th place in the hammer throw at 65.17m.
Qualified for the NCAA Championship in the hammer throw with an 11^th place finish at the NCAA West Prelims (5/28-31/25) with a throw of 62.99m.
Medaled in the hammer throw at the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) with a new personal best throw in 3^rd place at 68.07m, now the no. 3 best throw in the K-State all-time top-10.
Competed in the hammer throw championship division at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) with a 4^th place throw of 63.38m.
Finished runner-up at the Oregon Open (4/18/25) in the hammer throw with a distance of 65.21m, her farthest throw in 4 years.
Won the hammer throw in the first meet of the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) with a throw of 62.26m.

OUTDOOR

Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) in the hammer throw with a distance of 60.21m, finishing 13^th.
Became the hammer throw champion at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a throw of 64.24m, almost three feet further than the runner-up finish.
Won her fourth straight hammer throw event at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a throw of 60.48m.
Won the collegiate hammer throw at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) with a distance of 62.96m.
At the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) she won the hammer throw with a distance of 64.65, just two feet short of her personal best.
Won the hammer throw at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a throw of 61.31m.
In the first meet of the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she competed in the hammer throw with a 3^rd place distance of 60.03m.

Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (3/7-9/24) in Boston, with an 11^th place throw of 21.19m/69-6.25.
Won the weight throw at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) with a throw of 21.11m. Became the first Wildcat since 2019 to win the event.
Set a facility record during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) in the weight throw with a winning distance of 21.66m.
Won her fifth straight weight throw event at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) with a throw of 21.32m.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) for the fourth straight meet she won the weight throw with a distance of 21.35m.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she won the weight throw with a distance of 20.94m.
Broke the K-State school record and meet record by winning the weight throw at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a new personal best throw of 22.13m, better than her previous from 2021. She surpassed Janee' Kassanavoid's previous record from 2017.
Won the weight throw in the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) with a distance of 21.48m.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24-27/23) she finished 22^nd in the hammer throw with a distance of 60.30m.
Medaled at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) where she finished 4^th in the hammer throw with a distance of 60.79m.
Finished 3^rd in the hammer throw at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a distance of 60.83m.
Competed in the hammer throw at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) where she finished 8^th with a throw of 59.33m.
In her first meet of the outdoor season, she competed in the hammer throw at the Bobcat Invitational (3/31-4/1/23) with a distance of 59.05m.

Medaled during her first Big 12 Championship (2/24-25/23) with a 4^th place weight throw distance of 19.88m.
Threw her farthest weight throw as a Wildcat during the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) with a distance of 21.72m, finishing 3^rd.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) she finished 4^th in the weight throw with a distance of 20.22m.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she threw a 2^ndplace weight throw distance of 20.90m.
Won the weight throw at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) with a distance of 19.91m.
In her first official meet as a Wildcat at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) she finished 2^nd in the weight throw with a distance of 20.37m.

Won the hammer throw during the ESU Relays (3/24-26/22) with a distance of 61.38m.

INDOOR

Finished 1^st in the weight throw at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) recording a distance of 22.71m.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) she competed in the weight throw with a distance of 20.38m, finishing 2^nd.
Competed in the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) where she finished 1^st in the weight throw at 21.15m.

AS A FRESHMAN AT LSU (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

She competed in the NCAA East Preliminary (5/26-29/21) in the hammer throw with a distance of 59.07m placing 26^th.
In the SEC Championships (5/13-15/21) she placed 10^th in the hammer throw at 61.33m.
During the LSU Alumni Gold (4/23-24/21) she recorded her hammer throw personal best at 65.52m with a 1^st place finish.
Started the season winning the hammer throw at the Louisiana Classic (3/19-20/21) with a distance of 64.46m.

INDOOR

Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships (3/11-13/21) where she placed 9^th with a throw of 21.50m.
At the SEC Championships (2/25-27/21) she finished 4^th with a distance of 21.60m.
During her first 4 meets she recorded 1^stplace finishes in the weight throw.

In high school, moved up to No. 2 on the all-time American prep list in the weight throw with a toss of 66’ 11.25” at the 2020 Millrose Games to claim gold
Won three straight New York state titles in the weight throw in 2018, 2019, and 2020
Won the 2020 New York state title with a meet record throw of 63’ 10.50”
Dating back to her sophomore season, she won 20 of her 21 weight throw competitions
Owns a PR of 43’ 5.75” in the shot put that she set at the 2019 New York outdoor state championships to claim silver
Tossed the discus a personal best of 133’ 4” at the 2019 New York section state qualifier to claim gold
