MANHATTAN, Kansas - K-State will begin a two-game road trip through the Lone Star State on Saturday, as the Wildcats travel to Austin, Texas, to face (6/6) Texas at 7 p.m. Following Saturday's game, the Wildcats return to the state of Texas to face (24/24) TCU on Saturday, February 17.

• Saturday's game will be available on the Longhorn Network, as Alex Loeb (play-by-play) and Fran Harris (analyst) will have the call.
• K-State captured its second Big 12 home win this season with an 83-69 win over Texas Tech on Wednesday. The 83 points were a Big 12 high for the Wildcats this season.
• Junior Kayla Goth, an All-Big 12 First Team candidate, finished with a career-high 27 points on a career-best 11-of-19 shooting. She added nine assists, six rebounds and three steals.
• The guard from DeForest, Wisconsin, leads the Big 12 and ranks 11th in the nation in assists per game (6.7; career-high 160 assists). She also leads the Wildcats in scoring and ranks sixth in the Big 12 at 16.6 points per game.
• Goth needs two points to become the second player in program history with 400 or more points and 150 or more assists in a season, joining Megan Mahoney (2002-03). She would become the 10th guard in program history to score 400 or more points in her junior season.
• Freshman Rachel Ranke poured in 20 points against the Lady Raiders, her first 20-point game in Big 12 play and her fourth this season.
• The guard from Burnsville, Minnesota, has made 67 three-point field goals this season. She is tied for second in program history for 3-point field goals made in a season by a freshman.
• Sophomore Peyton Williams finished with her fifth double-double of the season as she tallied 19 points and 10 rebounds.
• The forward from Topeka, Kansas, is averaging 13.8 points on a team-high .550 field goal percentage and 7.1 rebounds this season.

• In its 83-69 win over Texas Tech on Wednesday, #KStateWBB received 66 of its 83 points from Kayla Goth, Rachel Ranke and Peyton Williams.
• The 66 points from three players were the most from three K-State players this season and the highest total since Breanna Lewis, Kindred Wesemann and Megan Deines combined for 67 points against South Dakota on Nov. 19, 2015.
• The trio of Goth, Ranke and Williams have figured into three of K-State's top five games in combined points by three players this season.
• Goth, Ranke and Williams are responsible for 62.9 percent of K-State's overall points this season.

• Texas is guided on the sideline by sixth year head coach Karen Aston. The 1987 graduate of UALR owns a record of 133-59 (.693) during her time in Austin.
• The Longhorns' deep roster features four players averaging double figures, led by Brooke McCarty, Lashann Higgs, Ariel Atkins and Jatarie White (10.7 ppg).
• Atkins is a 5-11 senior guard who leads the team with 15.0 points on a .547 field goal percentage and is pulling in 5.7 rebounds per game. At West Virginia, Atkins finished with 17 points and four assists.

• K-State has scored 70 or more points in a game 10 times this season (8-2) including a high of 99 against Chicago State on Dec. 18. The 99 points were the most since scoring 102 against Florida Atlantic on Dec. 13, 2015.
• Last season, K-State scored 70 or more points in a game 13 times (11-2). This marked the second most games in the last 12 seasons with 70 or more points.

Goth, Williams Form Potent Duo
• K-State's Kayla Goth (16.6 ppg) and Peyton Williams (13.8 ppg) have combined to average 30.4 points per game this season. In Big 12 action, the pair is averaging 31.8 points per game.
• The duo, who have eached surpassed career season-highs in scoring, is responsible for 45.6 percent of K-State's total point production this season. In league play, they are responsible for 50.3 percent of K-State's points.
• Goth and Williams have reached double figures in the same game 16 times this season, including a high of 47 combined points against Northern Iowa on Dec. 21.
• Goth and Williams are third in the Big 12 in percentage of their team's overall point total.
• The last time K-State had a duo responsible for 45 percent or more of the team's point production was in 2012-13 when Brittany Chambers (21.0 ppg; 778 pts) and Haley Texada (11.8 ppg; 423 pts) were responsible for 53.0 percent of K-State's points.

Ranke with Range    
• Freshman guard Rachel Ranke has made an instant impact to K-State's lineup this season, as she was named the Big 12 Freshman of the Week on Nov. 20.
• In her first season in Manhattan, Ranke is averaging 11.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.2 steals. She leads all Big 12 freshmen in 3-point field goals made per game (2.8; 67) and is fourth in scoring for all freshmen. She ranks 33rd in the nation in 3-point field goals made and ninth in 3-point field goals attempted (206).
• Ranke has made 67 three-point field goals this season and has made four or more 3-point field goals in seven games. She ranks second in program history for 3-point field goals made in a freshman season and made the most by a freshman since Laurie Koehn in 2001-02.
• Against Texas Tech on Feb. 7, Ranke registered a her first Big 12 game with 20 points while knocking down four 3-pointers.
• She is the first K-State freshman to score 20 or more points in four or more games since the 2013-14 season.
• Against Chicago State on Dec. 18, Ranke registered a career-high 24 points on 8-of-18 shooting including 7-of-15 from beyond the arc. She also pulled in six rebounds.
• The seven 3-pointers by the Burnsville, Minnesota, native were the most by a K-State freshman since Koehn registered seven at Texas on Jan. 30, 2002.
• In her first career start, Ranke finished with a game-high 20 points on 7-of-13 shooting, including a 6-of-12 effort from 3-point range against Omaha. She also notched two rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 37 minutes of action.
• In her second career start, Ranke led K-State with 23 points on 7-of-15 shooting, including a 5-of-11 effort from beyond the arc. She also tallied a 4-of-4 performance at the foul line.
• She is the first K-State freshman since the 2013-14 season to register consecutive games of 20 or more points.
