HIGH SCHOOL: A two-year letterwinner for Cheney under head coach Dustin McEwan... Played quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back... Was a member of the honor roll and president’s education award.
PERSONAL: Joseph Kyle Hubener (HUEB-ner) was born May 21, 1993, in Columbus, Ohio... Son of Jerry and Kendra Hubener, both of whom attended K-State... Has three younger siblings, Justin, Jonathan and Jason... Graduated with a degree in Secondary Education from Kansas State in May 2016.
