AT ST. JOHN’S HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner for the Bluejays under head coach Keith Kresin… Helped St. John’s obtain a combined 32-9 record over his four years, including an 11-1 mark and a state runner-up finish in 2013… Earned all-state honors in 2015 from the Wichita Eagle and Topeka Capital-Journal, while he also earned all-district honors throughout his career… Hauled in 57 career receptions for 882 yards and 14 touchdowns, while he rushed 187 times for 1,453 yards and 23 scores… Selected to play in the 2016 Kansas 8-Man All-Star Game in which he recorded six catches for 153 yards, including a 61-yard touchdown reception… Also earned all-state honors in basketball, helping St. John’s earn a state championship in 2014, while he lettered in golf and track.
