2009 Cross Country - Named to the All-Academic Big 12 first team... Opened the season with a 19th-place finish at the J.K. Gold Classic (9/5) in Augusta, Kan... Ran in five of six events for the Wildcats... Finished 49th at the South Dakota State Invitational with an 8K time of 27:55.4.
2009 Outdoor - Ran a personal best 33:51.63 in the 10,000M at the Kansas Relays.
2009 Indoor - Ran a personal best 15:52.43 in the 5,000M at the ISU Classic.
2008 Cross Country - Finished ninth at the Wichita State Classic to open season at the 6K race with a time of 19:50.42... posted best time of year on an 8K course at the Cowboy Jamboree at 27:27 to finish 102nd overall and third on the team... finished fourth on the squad at the Pre-NCAA Invitational in 27:52.0.
Ramstein HS: Royal Pride award... Earned Society of American Military Engineers Scholarship... Participated in NHS, German Club and Varsity Club.
