2008 Cross Country - Finished 21st in only race of year at the Cowboy Jamboree running 20:47.60 on the 6K course.
2008 Outdoor - Posted a regional qualifying time of 1:51.01 in the preliminary heat of the 800m at the Big 12 Championship...finished sixth in the event...won the Ward Haylett Invitational with a time of 1:51.65.
2008 Indoor - Finished in the top four every meet but one in the 800m...posted a personal best time of 1:51.81 in winning the Conference Challenge...finished seventh at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 1:54.21.
2007 Cross Country - Competed in one event for the Wildcats... Ran a 8K time of 36:55 at the Mid-West Championships..
2007 Outdoor - Finished season with a personal best in the 800M after clocking a 1:51.48 in the preliminary heats at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 10th... Took first at the Nebraska Invitational with a mark of 1:52.58.
2007 indoor - Ran in eight races as a freshman... Had top 600Y mark of 1:10.87 at the Sevigne Husker Invitational to take third... Finished third in the 800M at the Conference Challenge with a run of 1:53.11... Had personal-best time of 1:52.67 in the 800M at the ISU Classic.
Bentonville HS - Part of the 2004 and 2006 4x400m state championship team... Won the 4x800m relay from 2004-06 at Arkansas state meet... Was the 2005 400m State champion...Named Indoor All-State team from 2005-06... Earned outdoor All-State honors from 2004-06.
