2009 Cross Country - Was a vital part of the Wildcat's success as she competed in all six events, finishing in the top-20 in all six outings, including three top-5 finishes... Crossed the finish line in 3rd place in a field of 109 runners at the South Dakota State Invitational (10/3) with a 5K time of 17:36.7... Was named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team and earned All-Big 12 honors with a 14th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/31) in Columbia, Mo... Capped off an impressive junior campaign with a 17th-place finish at the Midwest Regional Championships (11/14) in a field of 173 runners... Her finish earned her All-Regional honors.
2009 Outdoor - Redshirt season
2009 Indoor - Ran a leg of the distance medley relay team that finished fifth at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 11:32.31... won the mile at the KSU Invitational with a personal best time of 5:08.45... posted personal best time in the 3,000M finishing seventh at the Husker Invitational in 9:58.09... finished second in the 5,000M at the Conference Challenge.
2008 Cross Country - Finished 32nd at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 22:12.55 on the 6K course to help the team finish sixth overall... finished 43rd at NCAA Midwest Regional.
2008 Outdoor - Competed in mid-distance races and posted three top eight finishes in the 1500m...came in fourth at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a personal best time of 4:43.12...also placed fourth at the KT Woodman Classic and eighth at the Emporia State Relays...competed in the 800m in two meets placing 12th at the woodman Classic.
2008 Indoor - Ran long-distance for the Wildcats...finished seventh in the 5000m at the Conference Challenge in 18:25.49...came in 10th at the Iowa State Classic in 10:25.30 in the 3000m...posted a personal best time of 10:23.32 at the Sevigne Husker Invitational.
2007 CrossCountry-Competed in all seven events in her first year as a Wildcat...Crossed the line fourth in her first event with a 4k time of 14:41 at the J.K. Gold Classic (9/1)...The third runner for the Wildcats and a overall finish of 69th at the Big 12 Championships (10/26), finishing with a 6k time of 23:04.90...Finished the season with her best 6k time of 22:19, at the Midwest Region Championships (11/10).
Seaman HS - Graduated from Seaman High in Topeka, Kan., in 2007... Three-time all-city, all-league and all-region in cross country... Named all-state as a junior and senior... Titled the 5A State Cross Country meet in 2006... A member of the 2005 5A State Cross Country Champions... Also a part of the 2004 and 2006 runner-up Vikings squads... Regional and City champion in the 3200M as a sophomore and junior... Holds the school record in the 4K with a time of 14:33.
