CAREER: A former walk-on who saw action in 11 games, including seven during his senior campaign... Was an integral part on K-State’s short-yardage and goal-line blocking packages over the final two years of his career... Helped 2016 Senior Class earn a 32-20 record and two bowl victories.

2015: Saw time in four games – against Texas, Texas Tech, Kansas and West Virginia – as a significant part of K-State’s short-yardage and goal-line packages.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered two years at Blue Valley under head coach Eric Driskell... Led the Tigers to a league and district championship in 2011 as he was named a second team all-league tight end... Made 11 receptions for 152 yards and four touchdowns as a senior... Caught 11 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns as a junior in 2010... Selected to play in the 2012 Blue-Grey National All-Star Classic at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida... Also played baseball.
