while he saw significant action on offense as a senior.

Caught nine passes for 132 yards - including a long of 44 - and two
touchdowns.
HIGH SCHOOL: A
three-year starter at quarterback and defensive back at Manhattan High
School... Named first team all-league at quarterback and defensive back,
and was a Class 6A first team all-state selection at defensive back as a
junior in 2005... Earned first team all-league honors as a defensive
back as a senior in 2006, as well as second team all-league honors at
quarterback... Was a Class 6A honorable mention as both a quarterback
and a defensive back as well.... Coached by Butch Albright... Also
lettered two years in basketball and four years in track.
