Athlete Q&A
Why did you choose K-State?
When I first started looking into colleges I decided I wanted to go back East, so I did not apply to any in-state schools. My mother made me apply to K-State, but when I came for a tour at Senior Day, I fell in love with campus and liked how friendly everyone was here.
What is your favorite memory from this past season?
My favorite memory from this past season was winning our race at the Big 12 Championship.
How is K-State different from other colleges you looked at?
One thing that I think sets K-State apart from other colleges is that despite it being a larger school, it still seems small and is not overwhelming, as well as having this family-like atmosphere.
