MANHATTAN, Kansas - K-State will conclude its fifth season of action, as the Wildcats host Texas Tech on Friday at 5 p.m.

• Friday's match will be Senior Night, as the Wildcats will honor the contributions of its seven seniors: Christina Baxter, Grace Brennan, Brookelynn Entz, Avery Green, Shelby Lierz, Brooke Ramos and Maddie Souder.   
• Friday's match will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, as John Kurtz (play-by-play), Oscar Montenegro (analyst) and Katherine Benhardt (sideline) will have the call. The match will also be available on 101.5 KROCK in Manhattan and for free at kstatesports.com, as Mitch Fortner will call the action.
• Seating at Buser Family Park will be limited to 25 percent capacity and fans are asked to sit general admission-style and socially distanced from the other pods of fans.
• In accordance with City of Manhattan ordinance and Kansas State University policy, fans must wear face coverings over their mouths and noses in order to enter Buser Family Park and continue wearing them inside the stadium. Fans with a medical condition, mental health condition, deaf or hard of hearing or have a disability that prevents them from wearing a face covering will be required to wear a face shield as a reasonable modification. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a face covering. Fans should provide their own face coverings.
• With a win, K-State would register consecutive Big 12 wins for the first time.

Last Time Out
• K-State ended a 14-match Big 12 road losing streak and secured the first road win since September 16, 2018, at Tulsa, by downing Iowa State in Ames on Friday, October 30, 2-0.
• This marked the first time K-State has won two or more matches in Big 12 play in a season. K-State also secured its first .500 or better record in the month of October.
• K-State has now won two straight in the series with Iowa State and has evened the overall series with the Cyclones at 2-2-0.
• Senior Brookelynn Entz registered her third career multi-goal game by scoring two second half goals to capture the road win.
• Entz set the school record for goals in a Big 12 season with 10 and set the school record for points in Big 12 play and points in a senior season.
• Freshman goalkeeper Alaina Werremeyer pocketed her second career shutout with six saves, including four in the second half. Werremeyer is the third player in program history to register two or more shutouts in a season.

2020 Seniors
• The 2020 senior class of Christina Baxter, Grace Brennan, Brookelynn Entz, Avery Green, Shelby Lierz, Brooke Ramos and Maddie Souder is the largest in the program's five seasons.
• The group has been a part of 15 of the program's 19 wins and has helped the Wildcats transition into the Big 12 with four wins.
• In the classroom, the group has also collected a combined 10 Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Wildcats Set Goals Mark in 2020
• Despite playing a conference-only schedule in 2020, K-State has set a school record for goals scored.
• With two goals at Iowa State on October 30, the Wildcats surpassed the previous school record of six goals in league play set in the 2017 and 2019 seasons.
• In 2020, K-State is averaging 1.0 goals per game and currently owns a .247 shots on goal percentage. The Wildcats rank tied for fifth in the Big 12 for goals per game.
• During its four seasons of Big 12 action, K-State has scored 22 goals.

Entz Adds to Career Totals
• Senior forward/midfielder Brookelynn Entz is putting the final touches on her impressive career resume at Kansas State.
• Entz, a 2019 All-Big 12 Second Team recipient, owns or is tied for a combined 28 career, single season or match records in program history.
• She added to her career ledger with two goals at Iowa State on October 30.
• For the season, Entz has five goals and 10 points with 14 total shots and five shots on goal.
• She leads the Big 12 and is ninth in the nation for goals per game with at 0.71. She ranks tied for second in the league and 10th in the nation for total goals with five. She is second in the Big 12 and 13th in the nation in points per game at 1.43 and third in the league and 27th in the nation for total points with 10.
• Among her school career records, Entz owns the records for career goals (15), career assists (7) and career points (37). She is the first player in program history to score at least two or more goals in four consecutive seasons and the only player to notch 10 or more points in three of four seasons.

W for Werremeyer
• Freshman goalkeeper Alaina Werremeyer has etched her name into the school record books and earned a pair of Big 12 Freshman of the Week honors for her efforts.
• The product of Blue Springs, Missouri, tallied her first career win with a four-save effort in a 3-0 win over Oklahoma. Werremeyer became the first Wildcat freshman goalkeeper to record a victory and the first freshman Wildcat goalkeeper to pocket a shutout. With the effort, Werremeyer was named Big 12 Freshman of the Week.
• Werremeyer tallied her second shutout and win at Iowa State on October 30. She tallied six saves including four in the second half to earn her second Big 12 Freshman of the Week honor.
• For the season, she has made six starts and played 542:47 total minutes. She has registered a team-high 29 saves and has a team-best 2.32 goals against average. She is the only freshman in the Big 12 to earn two Big 12 Freshman of the Week honors this season.
• Werremeyer was the second K-State freshman to start a season-opener (Oklahoma State, September 12) in goal since Tania Chassot started the firts match in program history on August 19, 2016, at Saint Louis.

Turner Turns in Game-Winner
• Sophomore Shae Turner used her head for her first shot of the season, resulting in her first career goal and the game-winner against Oklahoma on October 16.
• Turner was is the second defender in program history to be credited with a game-winning goal, joining Haley Sutter who notched her game-winner at Oral Roberts on August 24, 2017.
• At Iowa State on October 30, 2020, Turner tallied her first career assist by playing a long ball to Brookelynn Entz to which proved to be the game-winner. With her performance at Iowa State, Turner was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week.
• Last season, Turner played in and started 17 matches. She was second among K-State's freshmen and fourth overall with 1,416 minutes played. Her total minutes played ranks second in program history among K-State's freshmen. She tallied six shots with two on goal.

Purple Pitch
• K-State has played 35 home matches in its 79-game history, but have felt more comfortable at Buser Family Park.
• The Wildcats are 12-22-1 at home, including a school record four-match home field winning streak and a five-match unbeaten streak which spanned the end of the 2016 home schedule and the start of the 2017 home slate.
• In the 35 home matches, the Wildcats have been outscored by its opponents, 51-41 (-10).
• Overall in matches played within the Sunflower State, Kansas State owns a record of 13-23-1.
