MANHATTAN, Kansas - K-State resumes its five-match spring non-conference schedule on Sunday, March 28, at 1 p.m., as the Wildcats travel to Columbia, Missouri, to face Missouri at Audrey J. Walton Soccer Stadium.
• This will be K-State's first match against an SEC opponent.
• K-State (3-7-1) has been led by 2020 All-Big 12 First Team selection senior midfielder Brookelynn Entz with 10 points (five goals). Sophomores Kyler Goins and Shae Turner and freshman Maddie Weichel tied for second in points with three (one goal and one assist).
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kansas State concluded a Big 12-only fall schedule with a record of 3-6-0. The Wildcats set the school record for Big 12 wins and achieved its highest final standing in the league with a seventh-place finish.
Last Time Out
• Playing its second straight Dillons Sunflower Showdown and its third in the 2020-21 season, K-State played the host Jayhawks to a 0-0 draw at Rock Chalk Park on March 13.
• This was K-State's third shutout in the last four games. The draw snapped a four-match losing streak against Kansas.

• Of the 24 shutouts in program history, two goalkeepers own 19 of them. Miranda Larkin set the school record for career shutouts with 10, while former goalkeeper Emma Malsy has the other nine. • Rachel Harris was the first keeper other than Larkin and Malsy to pocket a K-State shutout, doing so in the 2019 season.
• Freshman Alaina Werremeyer was the first freshman keeper in program history to register a shutout, holding Oklahoma scoreless on October 16, 2020. Werremeyer tallied her second shutout and her first on the road at Iowa State on October 30, 2020.
• Freshman Peyton Pearson was the first K-State freshman goalkeeper to register a shutout in her collegiate debut, downing Texas Tech on November 13, 2020. Pearson carded her second shutout in her second career start at Kansas on March 13, 2021.
• Pearson joins Larkin as the only two goalkeepers in program history to start their K-State career with consecutive shutouts and 200 minutes of shutout soccer.

• Freshman goalkeeper Peyton Pearson has made quite a statement in her first two collegiate macthes.
• The product of Tulsa, Oklahoma, tallied her first career win with a nine-save effort in a 2-0 win over Texas Tech. Pearson became the first Wildcat freshman goalkeeper to record a victory in her collegiate debut and the first freshman Wildcat goalkeeper to pocket a shutout in her collegiate debut.Â
• With the effort, Pearson was named Big 12 Goalkeeper of the Week, Big 12 Freshman of the Week and named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week.
• At Kansas on March 13, Pearson blanked the Jayhawks with five saves in a 0-0 draw.Â
• Pearson collected Big 12 Freshman of the Week and was named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week for her second career shutout.
