AS A SENIOR (2025-26)
OUTDOOR
- At the Stanford Invite (4/3-4) he competed in three races, his first 100m dash in 10.83 seconds and in two relays, the 4x100 relay in 40.65 seconds in 4th place and his 4x400 relay team finished with a time of 3:16.35.
- Starting the season at the ESU Spring Open (3/27) he ran in the 400 meters for the first time in 50.40 seconds in 14th place.
- At the Tyson Invite (2/13-14) he ran in the 60m hurdles in 8.16 seconds.
- Starting the season in the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/30-31) he ran 8.06 in the 60m hurdles preliminary race in 8th place.
AS A JUNIOR (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
- During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17) he ran in the 110m hurdles preliminary race in 14.27 seconds.
- Won the 110m hurdles at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9) with a new personal best of 14.01 seconds.
- At the Drake Relays (4/23-26) he competed in the 110m hurdles university prelims where he finished in 14.56 seconds.
- Ran in the 200m dash in the Oregon Open (4/18) in 22.22 seconds and in two more events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19) in the 110m hurdles in 14.26 seconds in 4th place and with the 4x400 relay where his team finished 3rd in 3:10.10.
- In the first meet of the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-13) he ran in the 200m dash in 21.95 seconds.
- Recorded his 60m hurdles personal best at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1) in 8.04 seconds in 14th place in the preliminaries. He also raced with the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:11.63 in 11th place.
- Ran his fastest 60m dash at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15) in 7.16 seconds and finished runner-up in the 60m hurdles in 8.12 seconds. He also ran in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing 14th with a time of 3:10.60.
- At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7) he raced in two events, the 60m hurdles preliminary (7th; 8.06) and the 200m dash invite (8th; 22.05).
- Raced in the 60m hurdles prelims at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1) in 8.15 seconds. He also raced in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing 3rd in 3:16.37.
- Started the season in the Red Raider Invite (1/24) competing in the 60m hurdles first round with a time of 8.06 seconds in 9th place.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

INDOOR
- At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12) he ran in the 60m hurdles with a 4th place time of 8.22 seconds.
- In his first meet as a Wildcat at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) his 4x400 relay team finished 5th with a time of 3:22.31.
SUMMER 2023
- Represented Ireland in the European Team Championships, competing in the Third Division, he won the 110m hurdles in 14.31 seconds.
AS A FRESHMAN AT IOWA STATE (2022-23)
- Won the 110m hurdles at the Iowa State Alumni Meet (5/6) in 14.08 seconds, and finished 3rd in the 200m dash in 21.48 seconds, a new personal best.
- Ran in his first 100m dash at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/17-18) with a time of 11.14 seconds.
- At the Cyclone Open (1/21) he ran his fastest 60m dash in 7.26 seconds.
