CAREER: A versatile former walk-on who has been a valuable member of all special teams units throughout his career... Earned a scholarship in the spring of 2018 and was named a Special Teams Captain for the 2018 season.

2018: Played in every game and on virtually every special teams unit... Made nine special teams tackles on the year and 10 overall, with a season-high three stops coming in the final game of his career at Iowa State... Also served as the holder throughout the year.

2017: Played in all 13 games, primarily on special teams... Tied for second on the team with six special teams tackles, all coming on kickoff coverage to tie for team-high honors... Tied his career best with three tackles against UCLA in the Cactus Bowl... A First Team Academic All-Big 12 performer.

2016: Saw action in all 13 games, primarily on special teams... Finished fourth on the team with seven special teams tackles – all coming on kickoff coverage... Carded a career-high tying three stops at Iowa State... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

2015: Played in nine games, tying for second on the team with eight special teams tackles... Tallied four tackles on kickoff coverage and four on punt coverage... Had a season-high three tackles on two occasions, at Texas and at Kansas... Also had tackles at Texas Tech and against West Virginia.

2014: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: A starter for Liberty Christian during his senior year under head coach Greg Price... Helped lead the Warriors to a 9-4 record and a trip to the state semifinals during the 2013 campaign as he earned all-district honors... Also prepped at Springtown High where he was named a Texas First Team 3A All-District 6 performer as a junior after leading the Porcupines to a 6-5 record and an appearance in state playoffs... Earned all-county honors as both a sophomore and junior... Also participated in wrestling and track and field.
