AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
  • Competed in the 400m dash first round at the NCAA West Prelims (5/28-31/25) in 46.85 seconds in 37th place.
  • During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) he competed in the 400m dash final after a personal best preliminary time of 46.14 seconds, the no. 10 time in the K-State outdoor records. In the final race he finished 9th in 46.64 seconds. He also ran in the 4x400 relay where his team medaled in 8th place in 3:07.98.
  • Finished runner-up in the 400m dash at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) in 46.44 seconds.
  • Ran in two relays at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25), in the 4x400 relay university invite his team finished 4th in 3:08.07, also running in the DMR with a time of 10:05.51 in 12th place.
  • Competed in two events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) finishing 5th in the 400m dash in 47.90 seconds and with the 4x400 relay team where they finished 3rd with a time of 3:10.10.
  • Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) running in the 400m dash in 48.59 seconds in 11th place.
INDOOR
  • Recorded his 400m dash personal best at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) in 46.38 seconds, converted for altitude at 46.49 seconds, the no. 5 fastest indoor K-State time, one spot back from qualifying for the final race in 10th. He also ran in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing in 3:11.63 in 11th place.
  • Finished runner-up in the 400m dash at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) in 47.22 seconds. He also ran in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing 14th with a time of 3:10.60, the no. 8 fastest time in the K-State indoor records.
  • Won the 200m dash at the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) in 21.60 seconds, tied with his personal best and the no. 10 time in the K-State records. He also competed in the 60m dash for the first time in 6.95 seconds.
  • Ran in the 200m dash at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) in 21.74 seconds, also running in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing 3rd in a time of 3:16.67.
  • Placed 3rd in the 400 meters at the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) in 47.42 seconds.
  • Started the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) finishing 3rd in the 600 yards with a time of 1:09.79, now no. 10 in the K-State all-time top-10. He also ran in the 4x400 mixed relay in 3:24.87, his team finishing 2nd.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)
OUTDOOR
  • Earned All-American honorable mention at the NCAA Championship (6/5-8/24), his 4x400 relay team running a time of 3:08.86 in 22nd place. 
  • Helped set a new outdoor 4x400 relay school record at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) with a time of 3:03.15, finishing 5th.
  • Medaled with his 4x400 relay team at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a 5th place time of 3:05.90. He also ran in the 400m dash in 46.95 seconds, placing 16th.
  • Won the 400m dash during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) in 47.08 seconds.
  • During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-18/24) he ran the 400m dash in 47.12 seconds in 9th place. Also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where his team finished 4th in 3:04.42.
  • Ran in 4x400 relay at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) where they won with a time of 3:04.66, no. 4 in the K-State all-time top-10.
  • Finished runner-up in his first attempt at the 200m dash at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) in 21.60 seconds.
  • To start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he ran in the 300m dash in 33.11 seconds, also competing in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 3rd with a time of 3:14.26.
INDOOR
  • Medaled in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing runner-up with a time of 3:05.03 (altitude). He also ran in the preliminary 600 yards with a 13th place time of 1:10.38.
  • Competed in the 400m dash for the first time at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 47.18 seconds in 20th place, out of 60.
  • Recorded his 600 yards personal best during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a 6th place time of 1:09.48, 3 seconds faster than his previous.
  • At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he finished 3rd in the 600 yards with a time of 1:12.91.
  • In his first collegiate meet at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:15.16.
