What was it like to walk-on to the team?
It was intimidating, knowing that I was going to have to prove myself to these coaches as to why they should choose me to be on the team, but it was good to know that I was not the only one with that message to prove.
How is rowing different than other sports that you have competed in?
Rowing uses your whole body, but it relies mostly on your mind. If you are not mentally strong, then you are going to struggle.
What does K-State Rowing mean to you?
It means a family of girls, all willing to wake up at ungodly hours, dying for each other to allow us to bring home the win.
