Athlete Q&A:
How do you balance school, rowing, a job, and a social life?
To balance everything, I've really had to get my priorities straight, but also make time to relax and have fun.
What has rowing taught you about yourself?
In just two years of being on the team, I've learned more about myself than I could have ever hoped to. I've definitely grown as a student, athlete, and person, and I have changed my outlook on life in general.
What was it like to walk on to the team?
As a walk-on, I had no idea what to expect or what I was getting myself into. People were there to help us, but many times we had to figure things out ourselves which helped us grow as athletes and people.
