CAREER: 2014-15: Racing: Raced in the 1N8 during the fall…Silver medal at the Head of the Oklahoma and the Jayhawk Jamboree…started the spring in the 4V8…defeated Tulsa…Silver medal at SIRAs as part of the 1N8…finished the season in the 3V8.
HIGH SCHOOL: Letterman in track & field...volunteered time at Topeka Rescue Mission.
PERSONAL: Born June 8, 1995...daughter of Kim Scharrer and the late John Scharrer...has two siblings, Chris and Dylan...studying hospitality management.

What has rowing taught you about yourself?
Rowing has taught me that I am so much stronger, not only physically but mentally, than I ever thought possible.
What was it like to walk on to the team?
Walking onto the team wasn't bad, slightly intimidating at the time. Considering where I am now, it was so worth it.
