2010 Outdoor - Academic All-Big 12 Second Team... finished third in hammer throw at Ward Haylett Invitational with throw of 166-05... opened season with fifth-place finish at Tulsa Duels... also competed at Jim Click Shootout and Kansas Relays.

2010 Indoor - Finished seventh at Big 12 Championship with throw of 57-03.00... posted personal best throw of 57-07.50 finishing third at KSU Open.

2009 Outdoor - Competed in the hammer throw at seven meets and posted top seven finishes at all meets... had best finish and throw of season at Nebraska Quad finishing third and throwing a personal best 170-04... finished seventh at the Big 12 Championship to earn two points for the Wildcats at 169-08.

2009 Indoor - Posted three third-places finishes in the weight throw competing at six meets... progressed through the season to post a personal best in her final meet finishing third at the KSU Open with a throw of 55-09.75... finished seventh or better at all six meets she competed in.

2008 Outdoor - Posted three top eight finishes in her four meets in the hammer throw...ended the year with her best throw of 149-05 at the Ward Haylett invitational and an eighth place finish...placed fifth at the Emporia State Relays with a throw of 145-11.

2008 Indoor - Competed in the weight throw at four meets for the Wildcats...started the year with a third-place throw of 50-09.25 at the Wildcat Invitational...threw at personal best 53-05.00 during the KSU Open to finish third...posted a mark of 49-09.25 at the Big 12 Championship.

High School - Graduated in 2006 from Sylvan Unified High in Sylvan Grove, Kan... Lettered in track and field, volleyball and basketball... Named all-Twin Lake League in volleyball and basketball... Finished as State runner-up in the shot put in 2005 and 2006... Placed second in 2006 in discus at State competition.
