2010 Indoor - Finished sixth in 800M at Big 12 Championship... ran a personal best time of 1:50.15 in preliminaries at Big 12 meet... finished second at Bill Bergan Invitational and Husker Invitational... ran leg of 4x400 relay that finished ninth at Big 12 meet.

2009 Cross Country - Ran in all six races for the Wildcats with his best finish coming at the J.K. Gold Classic where he finished seventh with a 6K time of 19:27.52... Finished 102nd at the Big 12 Championships (10/31).

2009 Outdoor - Finished sixth in the 800M at the Big 12 Championship clocking in at 1:52.03... set a personal record at the Big 12 Championship during the preliminary heat at 1:49.86... took second place at the Sun Angel Classic with a time of 1:50.19... finished first in the 1,500M at the Nebraska Quad with a personal best time of 3:53.34... finished 13th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in the 800M with a time of 1:51.33.

2009 Indoor - redshirt season.

2008 Cross Country - Competed in three races for the Wildcats with his best time coming at the Pre-NCAA Invitational clocking in at 27:23.8 to finish second on the team and 257th overall... finished third for the Wildcats at the Big 12 Championship in 28:08.28 on the 8K course and 77th overall.

Kansas - Competed two years for the Jayhawks and is a two-time All-Big 12 performer in the 800m.

Ottawa HS - Two-time state champion in the 800m as a senior and junior...finished as the runner-up his sophomore year...placed seventh at the 2005 Nike Outdoor Nationals...graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was a member of FCA and the student council.
